Dawn got a break this afternoon so we walked around the hotel a bit. Here are a few photos that I took. First up, the entrance to Shrigley Hall.
Next, here's a cute little topiary that's on the grounds.
There are concrete lions all over the place here. Here's one that's resting just outside the restaurant. I assume he's outside begging for some duck leg confit.
Lastly, here's a photo of the pictures that decorate the wall over our bed. I've spent a lot of time in this room. I keep looking back and forth between them thinking I might be able to spot some difference in them. I think they are exactly the same. My mind refuses to accept that someone would hang two of those in the same room right next to each other.
